Refund policy

I hope you love your new purchase from Dede Gold Art, however if you are not completely satisfied I offer a refund or exchange on undamaged items purchased online, within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Please note that items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will have to be returned to you.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. 

Please include order details in returned item.

Damages and issues
These prints must be handled with great care. I advise not handling unnecessarily until framing as although it is the highest quality strong paper printed upon, once dented / creased this is very difficult to reverse. Please pull from the tube handling the tissue paper only so as to protect the edges as they are contemporary prints that you may decide to frame without mounting. I will send it out personally in perfect condition but please contact me immediately if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note paragraph above.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
